To our valued Clients and Realtors

We are continuing to provide home inspections and commercial inspections while taking all precautions to prevent any potential spread of the virus. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and comply with the State of Ohio restrictions being implemented.

We are seeking your assistance in temporarily implementing the following:

For Clients and Buyer’s Agents:

It is common practice that the Realtor and/or client(s) attend the inspection. Please note the following:

  • If attending the inspection, please limit the number of people to immediate family only and not extended family and/or friends.

  • If choosing not to attend the inspection, we will proceed with one of the following two options:

    1. The inspector will send the client & Realtor a written report for the findings within 24 to 48 hours of the inspection.

    2. For those interested in a more interactive experience, we would be happy to go over the findings with you. Please contact us prior to the inspection so that we can make a note for the inspector to call you. 

Our Inspectors will remain available by phone and email for clients and/or Realtors that have questions or concerns regarding the findings in their reports.

For Listing Agents and Sellers:

It is common practice that the occupants of a home leave the premises during the home inspection and we respectfully ask for this to continue, if possible, for the health and safety of all parties. Please notify us if any of the occupants are feeling ill, traveled abroad recently, are elderly or have a compromised immune system and would not feel comfortable with the inspector in their home. We appreciate your understanding as we all do our part in taking the necessary precautions to keep our families, friends, clients, and partners safe and healthy. We do use mask, hand sanitizer and foot coverings.
