Warranty Inspections

Your one year Builder's Warranty will expire usually within the first 12 months after closing. The one year warranty expiration marks your final opportunity to identify, document, and inform the Builder of items that need repair or adjustment. Safety hazards, repairs, and adjustments should be professionally documented BEFORE your Builder is relieved of their responsibility under the one year warranty.

Anthony Perry's Inspections specializes in working with buyers of new homes whose one year warranty is coming to an end. Once you have your home inspected by our professional and certified home inspectors you will receive our written report detailing the documentation to discuss any home problems with the quality of the materials or the workmanship with your Builder. Educated homeowners stand a better chance of getting the Builder to correct those items that need repair.

We will thoroughly inspect your new home and develop a list of warranty issues that may be covered by your Builder. Our detailed and thorough inspections can reveal items that are safety hazards or are not performing their intended function.

Protect your investment and call us to schedule your warranty inspection. We invite you to call our office at (216) 246-8787 to speak with us about this service. Time is running out and once the anniversary of closing on your new home has passed, you are on your own in most cases.

Some of the elements we inspect in detail on your Home Warranty Inspections are:
